Udderbowl/Teatbowl happening in Nanaimo on April 20-21 !

Once again we will be holding a two-in-one Udderbowl/Teatbowl tournament with a big focus on fun and spirit! Teatbowl is the spirit pool, for newer and less competitive players. The tournament will be held in Nanaimo, same sports fields as always (McGirr/Dover Bay) on April 20th & 21st. The party will once again be at the Cavallotti Lodge and the theme of this year’s party is “Spring Break”. The cost is $675/team. We will need a $100 deposit by March 22 to secure your team’s spot, and an estimation of your team size by April 12 to help us with planning for food purchases etc.

Spring is comin’ and it’s that time of year again… The 12th Annual March Madness Womens Goaltimate tournament is on! Here are the details:

Date: Saturday March 23rd, 2013
Start time: 10:30 am with a 3pm latest end time
Location: Winona Center – 59th and Cambie
Cost: $15 to register

This womens only event is supported by the VUL (Vancouver Ultimate League). The tournament is a hat draw format – players are randomly assigned a team. All skill levels are encouraged to register. The idea is to bring out newer players and offer plenty of throwing and catching opportunities in a womens only environment. Goaltimate is a 4 on 4 game that’s fast paced and tons of fun! If you’ve never played it – come check it out and you won’t regret it. Goaltimate is a great way for every player to get touches on the disc.

How to register: Email Eva at evacham@telus.net to confirm your spot in the tournament. Please indicate your skill level as beginner, intermediate, or rockstar. If you don’t know where you belong – tell me about your skill set and I’ll figure it out.

Deadline to register is Thursday March 21st at 9pm.
