The BC Ultimate Championships for Junior Club teams is taking place on July 13/14, and we’re looking for volunteers!
BCUC Juniors take place at Newton Athletic Park in Surrey, BC, and will feature dozens of junior club teams.

Les Jeux de la francophone canadienne (Canadian Francophone Games) are coming to Victoria, BC from July 14-18, 2020. This multi-sport event will feature ultimate as part of the sport program. This provides a great opportunity for ultimate enthusiasts from BC to get involved in a significant multi-sport event. The Games are one of the biggest gatherings of francophone youth in Canada and emphasizes three sectors; art, leadership and sport. More information can be found HERE.
If you are interested in getting involved as a bilingual volunteer (anywhere from beginner to advanced; you do not have to be fluent) to help with the delivery of the ultimate program at these games, you can fill out the volunteer survey linked below. BC Ultimate is looking for a pair of people to fill a unique role for the upcoming BCSS Senior High School Provincials.
BC School Sports will be streaming games from Provincials on Sport Canada TV (LINK). Games covered will include one semifinal and the championship final from each of the two divisions (AA and AAA). Games will be broadcast in the afternoon of Friday, May 24 from Newton Athletic Park in Surrey.
Broadcast commentary is an exciting and growing area of ultimate, and this role presents a unique opportunity to gain experience and possible future involvement with larger Ultimate Canada, USAU or even WFDF events.
