The BCUS Annual General Meeting is fast approaching! There are three Board positions to be filled this year. The Society is still accepting nominations, which must be received by Sunday, November 16th.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please send the following to gm@bcultimate.ca:

All candidates are required to attend the BCUS AGM on November 26, which takes place at the Vancouver Curling Club (4575 Clancy Loranger Way, Vancouver) from 7:00pm-8:00pm. At the meeting, candidates will be given the opportunity to speak briefly about their qualifications, which will be followed by voting.
The BCUS Annual General Meeting is open to all BCUS members in good standing. The meeting will be streamed live on a web conference to allow those unable to attend in person to participate – those attending via web conference must register prior to the AGM for verification purposes. Votes may also be cast by a proxy vote form brought to the meeting by another participant (one form per person).
