Alpha Girls extended tryouts on May 15th – registrations still accepted

Missed the Alpha girls’ tryouts this past weekend? You can still register for our extended tryouts which will be held on Monday, May 15th from 6:00-9:00pm at Musqueam John Hendry NE Field in Vancouver. See the link below to register.

Here’s a word from the head coach, Troë Weston:

Our team is all about getting our players to reach their full potential to help you take the next step in your ultimate careers. Alpha Club works hard to prepare our players for future club opportunities at the National as well as International level. I want to make this a strong program that girls want to be a part of but at the same time maintain good relationships with the other teams in the lower mainland. We want to boost you up, push you to be your best as you play amongst other top players while at the same time creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Even if you are considering playing for other Club teams, we would be happy to have you come out, talk to the coaching staff about the team and take advantage of this additional playing opportunity.

Up to 80 teams will compete in Senior and Junior divisions. With the growth of ultimate at the junior/high school level, we expect strong demand for spots at this event, and 2017 should set a record for both the # of teams attending and the # of school represented at the event.
