BC Ultimate is happy to open the registration for the 2025 BCU Coaching Conference. This year’s conference will take place on March 1st (9:00am to 5:00pm) and 2nd (9:00am to 1:00pm) at St. Thomas More Collegiate (7450 12th Avenue, Burnaby BC).
The Coaching Conference gives Coaches, Players and Organizers a chance to gather to discuss the upcoming season, as well as attend various presentations on a variety of topics. The final agenda is still coming together, but current plans include:
- Moving from Player to Coach
- Injury prevention for ultimate players
- Challenges of Coaching
- Strength and Conditioning for Girls and Women in Sport
- Building successful High School / Junior Club Programs
- Creating a Team Culture
- …and more
