The VUL wants to increase its support of ultimate in Vancouver schools over the next few years. To start, we’d like to learn more about the needs of each school and would greatly appreciate your participation in a survey. The survey should take about 5-10 minutes and we hope to use your feedback in the next school season.
For your efforts and as part of our thanks, you will be entered in a prize draw. To be eligible, you must be involved with an ultimate program at a Vancouver school. The prizes are:
– iPad mini
– 20 discs for your school
– free skills clinic led by elite players from Vancouver
We’ll do the draw on June 20th, so please complete the survey by June 19 (two weeks). If you have any questions, please let us know!
