BC Ultimate (BCU) is proud to announce that it has selected BE Ultimate as our official Apparel Partner beginning February 1, 2021. The two organizations have signed a 3-year agreement which runs until December 31, 2023.  BE Ultimate, based in Vancouver, Canada, will have the exclusive rights to develop BCU branded items, and sell any and all official event apparel for BCU events over this period. In addition, BE will provide apparel for BCU projects such as the U24 High Performance Program and Ultimate Spirit.

“BCU is excited about our new partnership with BE Ultimate,” stated Brian Gisel, BCU General Manager.  “We feel that this partnership provides benefits to both organizations, and we are happy to be developing a relationship with a BC based company which has established itself so strongly within the BC ultimate community over the past several years.”

Starting on January 8th, 2021 The World Games Association will be holding “The World Games Greatest Athlete of All Time” competition. WFDF has nominated 3 time participant and 3 time Gold Medalist Beau Kittredge from the USA.

Registration & Voting

The AGM is open to all members of the BC Ultimate. A member is anyone who registered with one of our member organizations in 2019 or 2020.

If you are interested in attending the AGM, you can fill out this FORM and you will be provided with the Zoom meeting link by November 20th.

Board Elections

Three Board positions are up for election in 2020. Do you know someone who’d make a good Director? Encourage them to run! We’re looking for those with experience in governance, accounting, HR, marketing, or public health, but we encourage any and all BCU members to consider the opportunity.

The Board meets monthly and is responsible strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its Mission and achieves its Goals. Please review our current Mission Statement and Strategic Plan. 

Nominations and self-declarations should be sent to president@bcultimate.ca and include the candidate’s name, a brief bio or summary of qualifications (max 300 words). The deadline for nominations is November 15th, 2020.

New Business

Proposed new business must be submitted to the Board of Directors by November 15th, 2020. If you wish to add an item to the agenda, send an email to gm@bcultimate.ca. Notice of any special business must contain sufficient information to permit each member to make an informed decision.
