2016 4×4 Richmond Mixed Indoor Beach Championship

2016 Vancouver 4×4 Mixed Indoor Beach Championship

Ring in the new year with a day of 4×4 Beach Ultimate! BC Ultimate will hold this single-day and highly-popular event at Richmond’s 6 Pack Beach Facility on January 2, 2016.

The event is a Mixed 4×4 event, with a 2M/2F player ratio. All normal beach rules will apply. The event will feature Recreational and Competitive divisions. VC Ultimate will also be on-hand with their top-notch merchandise.

The Recreational division will play from 9:00am through to mid-afternoon, with Competitive teams playing from mid-afternoon to 11:00pm.

In addition to a great event, teams in the Competitive division will be competing to qualify for the Ultimate Canada 4×4 Indoor Ultimate Championships. The winning team in the Competitive division will be offered BC’s first bid to this event, taking place March 19-20, 2016 in Ottawa, Ontario.

This event has filled up to capacity every year, so register early to ensure your spot!

BCUC Results

BC Ultimate held the British Columbia Ultimate Championships over the July 11/12 – For Open, Women & Masters, and July 18/19 – For Jr. Open, Jr. Women and Mixed, weekends. Thanks to all the teams who came out, here are the results:

Open – Furious George win and qualify for Nationals along with Blackfish

Women – Traffic win and qualify for Nationals with Zephyr and Surge

Masters – Muriqui win and qualify for Nationals

Mixed – TFP win and qualify for Nationals

Jr. Open – BC U19 Alpha win and qualify for Nationals along with Bonfire, Misfit, Vortex and Mischief

Jr. Women – BC U19 Alpha win and qualify for Nationals along with Vortex, Misfit, Bonfire, and Mischief

Good luck to all the qualifiers in Winnipeg.

The Great Vancouver 5 on 5: Aug 29-30

Expect “same same, but different” in comparison to Whistler 5 on 5.

The “same same” includes 6-8 games of fun ulty during a memorable weekend, lunches, and an awesome spread of field food.

Introducing Carnival Central…!

The different is that instead of every player getting a disc, every player will get to experience “Carnival Central Saturday”! Think of a few giant inflatable games or obstacle courses plus frickets, ladder ball, bocce ball and whatever games you bring to add to the mix.
