Juniors BCUC 2018 Results

This past weekend, Newton Athletic Park in Surrey hosted the Junior divisions at the 2018 BC Ultimate Championships. With all teams interested in CUC: Juniors already having spots at Nationals, teams were playing for seeding, the BC Championship and pride.
  • In the Jr. Women’s division, Vortex downed Eclipse to capture first place, with Bonfire and Mischief from the North Shore capturing 3rd and 4th respectively.
  • For Jr. Open, the tables turned as Eclipse defeated Vortex to grab the #1 spot out of BC. Savage from Richmond came 3rd with Mischief from Vancouver grabbing the 4th position.
  • Congratulations to all the teams who participated in BCUC and good luck to Team BC as they head to CUC in Brampton, ON.

BCUC 2018 Results

This past weekend saw Burnaby Lake Park host the 2018 BC Ultimate Championships for the adult divisions. Teams attending were not only battling for a BC Championship, but also to qualify for the 2018 Canadian Ultimate Championships.

WUCC 2018: Watch our Canadian teams in action!

The World Flying Disc Federation has just announced the broadcast partners and plans for the WFDF 2018 World Ultimate Club Championships, taking place in Cincinnati, USA from July 14-21.

Current broadcast schedule can be viewed HERE. This schedule will update with additional matches throughout the week. This unprecedented broadcast schedule will allow you to follow local and international teams at WUCC.
Current games being shown featuring Canadian teams include:
  • Fusion (Women’s) – July 15th at 10am vs Bamboo (COL)
  • Traffic (Women’s) – July 15th at 12pm vs HUCK (JPN)
  • Anchor (Mixed) – July 16th at 8am vs Marvellous DC (NZL)
  • Crash (Mixed) – July 16th at 10am vs Freakshow (SGP)
Be on the lookout for Vancouver’s own Banana Cutters later in the week, along with other Canadian teams such as 6ixers, Goat, Battleship and General Strike.
